Latest-Generation Servers
Hosting runs on current-generation server infrastructure designed for modern website, WordPress, email and database workloads.
About KitCloud
KitCloud is a UK hosting company built around its own hosting platform in London. Customers are dealing directly with the supplier, not a reseller sitting between them and the infrastructure.
Own Platform
KitCloud is not buying generic hosting from another provider and reselling it under a different name. The service is built from our own platform, our own hosting centres and our own operational setup.
Working with KitCloud means buying hosting directly from the team operating the platform behind it.
Business Identity
KitCloud is operated by Kendall Group Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales.
Customers can review the 99% uptime commitment, refund or account credit wording, support expectations and standard service terms before ordering.
Infrastructure
The platform is designed for practical hosting workloads, with modern server hardware, resilient internet connectivity, high availability planning and disaster recovery capability in place.
Hosting runs on current-generation server infrastructure designed for modern website, WordPress, email and database workloads.
Core services are planned around high availability so hosting can keep running through platform issues wherever possible.
Disaster recovery is built into the platform with an offsite DR hosting centre available for recovery planning.
Each hosting centre has two high-speed internet connections from separate service providers for resilient external connectivity.
If one internet provider has an issue, services are designed to switch over automatically to the secondary provider.
KitCloud operates across two hosting centres in London, including offsite disaster recovery capability.
Service Commitment
KitCloud is built around serviceability, not chasing unlimited customer numbers. We monitor capacity, expand before the platform reaches its limits, and pause new orders if extra capacity is not ready.
We would rather slow down new customer intake than overload the hosting platform and damage service quality.
99% uptime means at least 99 out of every 100 hours should be available, or up to about 7 hours 12 minutes downtime in a 30-day month.
If the hosting service misses the 99% uptime commitment for an affected billing month, the remedy will be either a refund or account credit for the affected service.
Across a full year, 99% uptime is roughly 3 days, 15 hours and 36 minutes of total downtime. Read the full Service Commitment for how uptime, capacity, maintenance and customer communication are handled.
Sustainability
KitCloud is built with energy use in mind. Solar generation, battery storage, green-rated supply and active monitoring all help reduce the environmental impact of running the platform.
The platform continues serving customers while background energy systems work quietly behind the scenes, helping reduce demand from the grid where possible.
Cloudflare
KitCloud web services sit behind Cloudflare, adding an extra layer in front of hosted websites and customer-facing services.
Why It Matters
KitCloud keeps the public offer straightforward while still giving customers the platform details that matter: owned infrastructure, sensible controls, clear recovery planning and a direct relationship with the operator.
Customers are not being passed through a reseller chain before reaching the team responsible for the hosting service.
High availability and disaster recovery are part of the platform story, not add-on language bolted onto a basic reseller plan.
The service is built for UK businesses, freelancers and organisations that want clear hosting from a company close to the platform.
