No Intentional Overselling
We would rather slow down new customer intake than overload the hosting platform and damage service quality.
99% Uptime Commitment
99% uptime means at least 99 out of every 100 hours should be available, or up to about 7 hours 12 minutes downtime in a 30-day month.
Refund Or Credit
If the hosting service misses the 99% uptime commitment for an affected billing month, the remedy will be either a refund or account credit for the affected service.
